CrownCare
You do not need a diagnosis to shop here.
CrownCare is where we put everything we know about comfort. It is for hair loss, thinning, shedding, tender scalps, and for anyone who simply wants the airiest thing we make. Some clients come here after a diagnosis. Some come after a hard postpartum year. Some come because their scalp runs hot and every closed cap they have owned felt like a hat they could not take off.

All of you are welcome, and none of you owe us an explanation.

What we are, and what we are not
We build the wig. A clinician reads the scalp.
Here is what we are not. We are not clinicians. We cannot tell you why your hair is changing, whether it is coming back, or what you should do about it. Those are questions for a licensed professional who can actually look at your scalp. What we can do is build you a wig that fits your head, sits gently, and lets more air through than a closed cap does.
Kallov Hair does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. CrownCare information is educational and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional. If you have sudden hair loss, pain, open sores, signs of infection, or other concerning scalp symptoms, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before wearing a wig.
Comfort priorities
What we actually control
Comfort is not one feature. It is six decisions, and every one of them gets made before your piece ships.
-
Weight
Length, density, and lace all add up, and a wig that photographs beautifully can still sit heavy by hour nine. We tell you what your piece is likely to feel like before you commit, and we will talk you out of a density that is going to wear you down. We do not sell adjectives. We would rather give you the real numbers.
-
The foundation
Every CrownCare piece is built on a ventilated cap or full lace. Open construction across the top of your head instead of a closed dome. That is the whole point of the collection.
-
Pressure
Straps, combs, and clips are a conversation, not a default. If your nape is tender, if behind your ears is where it always goes wrong, if elastic is the thing you cannot tolerate, tell us on the call and we build around it.
-
Fit
Three cap sizes, small, medium, and large. You measure at home and the size guide shows you, with pictures, which one you are. A wig that fits does not need to be gripped, glued, or tightened all day. The size guide walks you through measuring at home, and we will do it with you on the call if you would rather not do it alone.
-
Ventilation
Ventilated caps are made with open construction, which is designed to let more air reach your scalp than a closed cap does. How that feels is personal. A warm room, a long day, and your own skin all change the answer, and we are not going to promise you a sensation we cannot measure.
-
Attachment
Glueless wear is standard on every Kallov Hair. HD lace, no adhesive required, no wig cap required underneath. Low-tension and adhesive-free options are available. If adhesive is off the table for you entirely, it stays off the table.
The pieces
Built to every one of those six
Two open the collection. Both sit on a ventilated cap, both are cut light at 130 percent density, and both are fully glueless, so nothing adhesive goes anywhere near skin that may already be sensitive.
Nothing enters CrownCare unless it clears all six.
Where to start
If neither of those is your piece
Each CrownCare piece is made in your cap size in small, medium, or large, and reaches you in about 21 days. More will join them as they come off the machine.
If what you need is not here yet, that is what the call is for. Tell us what you are looking for and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it, what it will cost, and how long it takes. If we are not the right fit for where you are right now, we will tell you that too.
Private consultations
How a private consultation works
-
You reach out
Email concierge@kallovhair.com or send the consultation request. Tell us as much or as little as you want. You never have to name a diagnosis.
-
We meet by video
Private, one to one, and your camera is optional. If you would rather keep yours off, keep it off. Ours stays on.
-
We measure together
Six measurements, a soft tape, about ten minutes. We walk you through every one of them.
-
You get it in writing
A written summary of what we recommended, what it costs, and what happens next. Nothing is ordered until you say so.
Timing
If your hair is still changing
Timing matters more than most people expect. If you are mid shed, about to start treatment, or your hair is actively falling, your measurements will move. We would rather measure you close to when you will actually be wearing the piece, or build in room to handle the change. Bring it up on the call. It is one of the first things we ask.
Our full guide covers cranial prosthesis prescriptions, what insurers commonly ask for, and what to expect from daily wear during treatment.
The crown beneath the crown.
CrownCareBefore you go
If something is wrong, call a professional first
If something on your scalp is painful, weeping, bleeding, or changing fast, stop and call a professional before you put anything on your head. A wig is not the answer to that, and we would rather lose the sale than be the reason you waited.
If you are looking for support beyond wigs, your treatment team, a patient navigator, or a national hair loss organization will have resources local to you. We are glad to point you toward them on the call.
We ship worldwide. Express shipping is complimentary within the United States. Every Kallov Hair is a finished piece built in your cap size, so all sales are final, which is exactly why we spend the time up front getting it right.
