The difference between the two is not how fast we work. It is how much of the piece is decided before you arrive.
Ready to Wear
A finished design in small, medium, or large. She is made when you order her. Allow about 21 days from order to delivery.
The Bespoke Suite
Production runs four to six weeks, counted from the day your specification is signed off at consultation rather than from the day of the consultation itself.

Ready to wear, about 21 days
Made in your cap size, finished by hand, then shipped express. About 21 days from the day you order to the day she reaches you. A tracking number follows the moment the parcel is collected.

Bespoke, four to six weeks
Cap construction to your own measurements, then the lace, then the finish. The clock starts at sign off, which is why we settle every detail with you before anything is cut.

Transit, two to four business days
Express, worldwide, insured, signature on delivery. For ready to wear, transit is inside the 21 days. For bespoke it sits on top of production, and it varies by country.

End to end
Ready to wear reaches you in about 21 days. Most bespoke pieces arrive inside seven weeks from sign off. If your country holds parcels at customs, add that on top, because it is not a stage we control.
If you have a date
Tell us at the consultation, not after
Weddings, treatment schedules, shoots, travel. If a date is driving the order, say so at the consultation and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible before you pay for anything. We would rather lose the order than hand you a piece the week after you needed it.
A change to the specification after sign off moves the date, because part of the work restarts. That is the whole reason we go through length, density, color, texture, and measurements together before a single cut is made.
