It means the cap is built with open construction that allows real airflow to your scalp, rather than the standard mesh most wigs use. You can slide your fingers through the cap itself. The cap itself is ventilated rather than standard mesh, and it is machine sewn, which is what holds its shape and its tension over years of wear. The lace, whether that is a closure, a frontal, or full lace, is hand tied. Every piece is then hand finished before it ships, with the knots bleached, the hairline plucked, and the piece washed and styled by hand. No. Every Kallov Hair is designed to be worn without one. Some clients still prefer a cap for personal or styling reasons, and that works too. With Kallov it is your choice.

Yes, and it is one of our favorite things about ventilated construction. Clients rarely believe it until their first wash. Water and cleanser reach your real hair through the open cap, so you can scrub your scalp with the piece installed and stretch your installs longer.

A closure gives you a clean, natural part with the lowest maintenance. A frontal gives you more hairline styling flexibility. Full lace gives you the most freedom, including part anywhere styling and updos. All three are made with HD lace at Kallov, and all three are hand tied.

Small, medium and large. Ready-to-wear pieces are made in those sizes when you order. Bespoke pieces are built to your own measurements instead of a stock size.

Every wig is made to order. Ready-to-wear reaches you in about 21 days from the day you order. Bespoke pieces run 4 to 6 weeks in production from the day the details are signed off, plus 2 to 4 business days in transit. Full detail lives on production and lead times and shipping and delivery.

Worldwide. Express shipping is free everywhere, with no order threshold and no zone pricing. Every parcel is insured for its full value and requires a signature on delivery. Import duty and tax, where your country charges them, are calculated at checkout and paid there, so nothing further is owed to the carrier or to customs when your piece arrives.

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves us, and track your order walks through every stage, including what to do if the tracking goes quiet.

Ready-to-wear is preordered and paid in full at checkout. Bespoke is paid at specification sign off, and nothing is charged at the consultation itself. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your market currency where we support it. The detail is on payment.

It does mean our generosity has to happen before the sale rather than after it.
