Orders and Delivery

Two ways to own a Kallov Hair

Both are raw human hair on a ventilated cap, both use hand tied HD lace, and both are built for glueless wear. Both are made to order. The difference is who the cap is measured for, and how long you wait.

The hair, the lace, and the construction standard do not change between the two.

The short version

One is chosen, one is specified

Ready to Wear

A finished design in small, medium, or large. You choose the piece and preorder her, we make her in your size, and she reaches you in about 21 days. The length, density, color, and texture were decided when the piece was designed.

The Bespoke Suite

A piece built to your own measurements rather than a stock size. You decide length, density, color, and texture with us at consultation, and production runs four to six weeks from sign off.

Five real differences

What actually changes between the two

  1. Fit

Ready to wear comes in small, medium, and large, made in that size after you order. Bespoke is built to the measurements you take at home and confirm with us on video, so there is no stock size involved at all.

  2. Choice

Ready to wear is the piece as it was designed, and what you see is what arrives. Bespoke puts length, density, color, texture, lace type, and parting in your hands, decided together before anything is cut.

  3. Timing

Ready to wear reaches you in about 21 days from the day you order. Bespoke runs four to six weeks from sign off, plus two to four business days in transit.

  4. How you buy

Ready to wear is a normal checkout. You pick your cap size on the product page and preorder her, and we make her for you. Bespoke starts with a consultation rather than a cart, and nothing is charged until the specification is agreed.

  5. Price

Ready to wear prices sit on the piece itself. Bespoke is quoted at consultation, because length, density, texture, and color genuinely change what the piece costs to build.

Which one is you

Most people know within about a minute

Ready to wear if you have seen a piece you want, your measurement lands cleanly in small, medium, or large, and you would rather have her in about three weeks than wait six. It is not a compromise. It is the same hair, the same cap, and the same lace.

Bespoke if your measurement sits between sizes, if your scalp is sensitive and pressure is the whole problem, if you want a length or a color that is not on the site, or if there is a date and a dress involved. Also bespoke if you have owned wigs before and know exactly what has never quite worked.

There is a longer piece on this in the Journal: Ready-to-Wear or Bespoke? Choosing the Kallov Path.
