When you are charged
Two paths, two moments
Ready to wear is a normal checkout. Bespoke waits until the piece is fully specified, because we will not take money for something we have not agreed yet.
Ready to Wear
You preorder and pay in full at checkout, the way you would anywhere else. The piece is then made in your cap size and reaches you in about 21 days.
The Bespoke Suite
Nothing is charged at the consultation. We agree length, density, color, texture, and your measurements first, and payment happens once that specification is signed off. Production begins from that day.
How payment works
Four things worth knowing before you reach checkout

Currency
Prices are set in US dollars. Select your destination in the footer and the store switches to your local currency where it is supported, so the figure you are shown is the figure you are charged.

Methods
The payment methods open to you appear at checkout and depend on your destination. We do not print a wall of card logos here, because the only accurate list is the one checkout gives you at the moment you use it.

Security
Payment is taken inside Shopify checkout. Your card details never touch Kallov, and we never see, store, or handle a full card number. If anyone claiming to be us asks you to send card details by email or message, it is not us.

Duties and tax
Import duty and tax, where your country charges them, are calculated at checkout and paid there with everything else. Nothing further is owed to the carrier or to customs when the parcel arrives. Detail sits on shipping and delivery.
One condition
Payment is the point of no return, and we say so first
Every Kallov Hair is a finished piece built in your cap size, so all sales are final. We would rather you knew that before you paid than discovered it after. It is also why the consultation costs nothing and why we will spend an unhurried hour talking you out of the wrong piece.
